Dear Parent/ Guardian,
We are delighted that your child/ ward has chosen to be part of our Dunman family. We understand that the transition from primary to secondary school will be a new experience for him/ her. Hence, we have planned a series of programmes to help your child/ ward settle comfortably into the next exciting phase of his/ her growing years.
1. Sec 1 e-Registration Exercise

2. Sec 1 Parent Engagement Webinar
We will be conducting a Zoom webinar session on Monday 30 December 2024 from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. for parents/ guardians on the following:

3. Parents Gateway (PG) Application
We strongly encourage parents/ guardians to download and install the PG App as PG is our main mode of communication with all parents/ guardians.
Please view the video here for the step-by-step guide to install PG.
4. Class Allocation
Your child's/ ward's allocated Secondary 1 class will be reflected on PG by 27 December 2024. Alternatively, students can also view their class allocation at the noticeboard placed outside school’s general office on the first day of school.
Finally, if you have any additional queries, please contact the school’s general office at 6786 2668. We look forward to working with you closely in the best interests of your child/ ward as they embark on their Dunman journey over the next four/ five years.

Students will have to register online with the respective centres: MOE Language Centre (MOELC) or Malay/ Chinese Special Programme (MSP/ CSP) Zonal Centres. |

If your child/ ward exhibits interest and passion for Art or Music, he/ she can apply for the Art Elective Programme (AEP) or Music Elective Programme (MEP) in the following Centres:
All applications are to be submitted to Arts Education Branch by 15 January 2025, Monday. (Late applications will not be accepted) Successful applicants will attend weekly lessons in the afternoon at the AEP/MEP Centres. In view of the extended Art/Music curriculum, AEP/ MEP students will not be offered Design and Technology (D&T) and Food and Consumer Education (FCE) at the Lower Secondary level to ensure that their overall curriculum load is manageable.
