MOE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE SCHEME (FAS)

Singapore Citizens in financial need can receive assistance with school fees and other expenses. The FAS may be funded by MOE or the school.

MOE FAS Application Exercise 2026

The MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) application is now open for 2026.

Please submit the eFAS Application Form via FormSG at: https://go.gov.sg/moe-efasggas. All compulsory documents must be submitted together with your completed application form for approval.
Submissions should be made as soon as possible.
If you need assistance with the application, please approach the General Office.

Note:

i. If your child is a ComCare recipient, you do not need to submit the application form for MOE FAS, as MOE FAS will be automatically granted to ComCare beneficiaries.

ii. Please prepare all softcopy supporting documents in advance.

iii. The school reserves the right to request additional documents as and when required for the purpose of verifying income and other status.

SCHOOL-BASED FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE SCHEME (SBFAS)

Students who are not eligible for MOE FAS through their application via MOE FormSG will be considered for SBFAS by the school if they meet the eligibility criteria. If you require assistance, you may approach the school General Office for further information and support.

Completed forms with supporting documents can be submitted to the school for processing. Applicants will then be informed by the school of the outcome.
